State licensed nurses assess patient’s symptoms and disease processes, educate patients and their caregivers, obtain blood samples for lab work and report abnormal findings to the patient’s doctor. Nurses provide a variety of services including but not limited to:

  • Assessing and assisting the patient in obtaining maximum cognitive and perceptual function.
  • Tube feeding.
  • Registered nurse on-call 24/7.
  • Wound clinic or primary care provider wound oversight.
  • Detailed teaching packets specific to common health problems and concerns.
  • Daily phone monitoring available.
  • Assisting the patient in obtaining maximum level of independent living and ensuring safety in the home.
  • Assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Ostomy care.
  • Trachea care inclusive of cleaning and dressing.
  • Drain care.
  • Pain management.
  • Urinary catheter care and management.
  • Pre and post-operative care.
  • Blood draws.
  • Nursing assessments.
